Before subscribing, please read the following terms and conditions for becoming a DK Technicals member. DK Technicals reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify or add to the terms and conditions in this subscriber agreement, at any time, and without prior notice to you.

COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
A subscription to DK Technicals entitles access to the website by a single individual (the subscriber), for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to permit anyone else access to the website. The newsletter, web site content, and all related materials are the property of DK Technicals, protected by copyright laws, and may not be reproduced or distributed to others under any circumstances without our prior written consent. This includes forwarding the newsletter and/or web site content in e-mail, news groups, message boards, etc. We will vigorously prosecute violations of our copyright. DK Technicals does not provide an interactive service. You acknowledge that your subscription only entitles you to access to the website and receipt of the newsletter and related materials.

PAYMENT AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
By subscribing to DK Technicals, you agree to having your monthly subscription renewed automatically and billed to your credit card at the beginning of each subscription period until you cancel the subscription. Fees and charges may be changed or added at any time by giving you notice in advance. Your continued use of the website shall constitute your agreement to pay the revised fees and charges. You agree to pay all costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, to collect overdue fees and charges.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

SURVIVAL AND WAIVER
DK Technicals’ failure to insist on strict performance of any one of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement shall not operate as a waiver of any other term or condition. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superceded by a valid enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision. The remainder of this agreement shall continue in effect.

PRIVACY POLICY
We will not sell or share our subscriber lists. Except as authorized by the subscriber in writing or as required by law, we will not reveal the name or company of any subscriber to third parties.

GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be subject to the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to conflicts of law or choice of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of an appropriate federal or state court in New Jersey for resolution of any disputes.
